The capacity of accommodation is 6 persons by gite not included the very young children, the tenants bringing for these the necessary bedding ( small pets accepted ).

Responsability:

Only one person is the intermediary responsable for the rent and the relations with the owner. The transaction takes place only between the owner and the responsable intermediary who thus has to be amongst the first to arrive and the last to leave.

The water, the gas and the electricity are included in the rent.

Provided  :

• Sheets, pillowcases and blankets

• Kitchenware, household electrical appliances and dishwasher

• Material dinner

• washing machine and service of cleaning 

• TV:

For hygiene's reasons, the bathroom and swimming pool linen  is not supplied.

Financial conditions:

• At the booking: 10 % of the amount and return of the contract

• At the arrival: payment of the balance

Guarantee :

A guarantee of 500-€, by check, will be handed to the owner in exchange of the keys. This guarantee will be paid back at the latest one month after the given-back of keys. A double inventory of fixtures will be done : the first one the day of the arrival, the second the day of the departure.

Insurance

An insurance certificate of civil liability covering the rental risks will be handed to the owner during the entry into the premises.

The tenants make commitment not to occupy the premises before 5 pm, the day of arrival, to free them on time the last day, that is at the latest on Saturdays of departure at 10 am and to leave them in the state in which they found them, and to take care of them.

The tenants who wish it can ask, during the booking or one month before the beginning of their hosting, for some cleaning help at their own expense.

For safety reasons the access to the barn with hay is strictly forbidden

Livable 120 m2 with conveniences.

At the first floor, :

At the second floor, :

• 4 rooms :

  • 3 rooms with double bed.

  • 1 room with single bed .

Gîte The Alpilles :

Livable 80 m2 with conveniences

At the first floor, :

• A kitchen-lounge (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...)

• A room with double bed and single bed and:

  • a shower room

  • separate toilets.

At the second floor, :

• A room with a separation: a double bed on one side and two single beds on another side

• a bathroom with toilets

Outside:

• shaded terraces and their garden furniture to have meals there under the trees.

• barbecues

• Yard, car park, orchard, meadows, the space is not measured....

• Swimming pool (50 m2) shared with the adjoining gîte, independent entrance

This mas is neither a luxury hotel nor a hotel. It is a beautiful country house which allies rustic aspect and modern comfort. Its rent allows its improvement year by year. Its owner lives there. During your stay, he moves in another house on the property.

The countryside is alive, we cross there animals of the smallest to the biggest.

The meadows are watered every 10 days and mown once in summer.
